1. Authorized Healthcare & Pharmacy Usage
MedStock is designed for retail chemists, pharmacy stores, wholesale pharmaceutical stockists, and hospital/clinic in-house dispensaries. You agree that your entity holds a valid Drug License under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules thereunder.
2. Statutory Record-Keeping (Rule 65 Compliance)
The software provides automated daily registers for Schedule H and Schedule H1 drugs as mandated by statutory regulatory authorities. While MedStock ensures tamper-proof electronic logs, the store owner and licensed pharmacist are responsible for verifying prescriber registration details and batch quantities physically dispensed.
3. Subscription Terms & Fair Use
New users are provided a 7-day unrestricted free trial. Continued use after trial expiration requires an active annual subscription tier (1-Year, 3-Year, or 5-Year plan). Automated bot scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise multi-tenant security boundaries is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, system designs, AI scanner workflows, and algorithms of MedStock are the exclusive property of TPA DIGITAL PVT LTD.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with MedStock shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
