1. Information We Collect

To deliver billing, AI purchase bill digitization, inventory batches, and statutory Schedule H1 registers, we collect:

• Business Identity: Pharmacy store name, owner name, Drug License Numbers (Form 20/21), GSTIN, contact numbers, and store address.
• Inventory & Transaction Data: Medicine brand names, salt compositions, batch numbers, expiry dates, purchase rates, MRP, and sale transaction logs.
• Prescriber & Customer Data: Prescribing doctor names, registration numbers, patient names, and phone numbers exclusively for generating digital tax invoices and dispatching WhatsApp slips.

2. Strict Multi-Tenant Isolation & Zero Data Selling

Every registered store operates within an isolated tenant partition enforced at the database level. Your supplier costs, customer directory, sales volume, and margins are strictly private. TPA DIGITAL PVT LTD never sells, rents, or monetizes pharmacy or patient data to third parties or pharmaceutical manufacturers.

3. Data Security & Storage

All network traffic between your counter and MedStock servers is secured via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Data is stored on secure, managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups and role-based access control.
