At MedStock, we believe in 100% transparency. Every newly registered pharmacy receives an unrestricted 7-day free trial with full access to all features—POS counter billing, AI invoice scanning, inventory batches, Want Book (F7), and Schedule H1 compliance. No credit card or upfront payment is required to start.
1. Full Evaluation During 7-Day Trial
We encourage all chemists, distributors, and hospital administrators to thoroughly test the software during the 7-day trial period:
- Create test POS bills, print A4/Thermal receipts, and test WhatsApp delivery.
- Scan physical distributor purchase invoices using our AI Vision OCR inward scanner.
- Verify Schedule H1 statutory drug register generation and CSV export.
- Set up Want Book reordering with preferred distributors and test 1-click WhatsApp purchase orders.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy Post Subscription Activation
Because every customer has the complete, unrestricted opportunity to test and evaluate MedStock for 7 days before paying, all subscription fees (1-Year, 3-Year, 5-Year plans) are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once paid.
Once a transaction is processed via Razorpay and verified by our servers, the pharmacy's active subscription validity is instantly extended in our database and cloud resources are provisioned. We do not offer prorated, partial, or full refunds under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation & Non-Auto-Debit Assurance
We do not automatically charge your debit card, credit card, or UPI without explicit action. When your subscription period concludes, you can decide whether to renew or let your account transition to view-only mode. You are free to export your complete pharmacy ledger, inventory catalog, and invoice audit history at any time.
4. Payment Support & Duplicate Charge Inquiries
In the rare event of a technical glitch where your bank account was debited twice for a single order, please email your transaction details to our finance team:
